Our fresh chicken wings made for really tasty finger food especially in our BBQ marinade.

When cooking the pieces in the oven I would start them off on a high temp [about 220C] for the first 20 minutes or so, then reduce the heat to 180C and cook for a further 30 minutes. That way the meat will fall off the bone. Wrap them in foil first won't you!

For great cooking results you can also BBQ them. Again, it is recommended to initially cook the pieces on a relatively low heat to allow the chicken to be cooked all the way though without the allowing the skin blacken.
